Simple but delicious tantalizing Mexican wraps with Schwartz Chicken Fajita Herb & Spice Blend.
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 yellow pepper, sliced
8 flour tortilla wraps, warmed
4 tablespoons sour cream
100 gram (4 ounce) cheddar cheese, grated
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the onions and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in the chicken and peppers cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. If the pan becomes very dry you can always add 1 tbs of water and let it evaporate.
Sprinkle in the Schwartz Perfect Shake Fajita Herb & Spice Blend. Fry for 30 seconds.
Serve wrapped up in warm flour tortilla wraps with sour cream and grated cheese.
