1 sachet Schwartz Thai Chicken Green Curry Recipe Mix
1 tbs oil
450g (1lb) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
350ml (12fl oz) semi-skimmed milk
1 bunch spring onions, sliced
100g (4oz) peas
1. Heat oil and fry chicken for 6-7 minutes, until browned.
2. Mix sachet contents with milk and add to pan. Bring to the boil, stirring.
3. Add spring onions and peas, simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Serve with fragrant rice.
Hints & Tips …
Try replacing the chicken with cooked prawns and adding mangetout, baby corn and carrot batons. Stir Schwartz Coriander Leaf and some toasted Schwartz Sesame Seeds into cooked rice to serve.
